Return/Exchange/Refund Policy:

RETURN/EXCHANGE  POLICY :

  • We provide return / exchange policy for customer comfort.
  • If you want to return your order, you must be eligible for these three steps.
  1. You can return the bag you ordered anytime within 7 days.
  2. If the bag is torn then only 1kg of rice should be used, that too for quality check.
  3. Please make sure, you should have an ordered bill.

Refund Policy :

  • If you have made the online payment then the amount will be credited within 3-5 business days, Due to Online payment Gateway policy. 
  • If you pay offline, the refund will be initiated immediately.
